Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the use of PayKut, a platform operated by Dynamik Modus LLP. PayKut facilitates discounts and offers for offline, in-store purchases and does not sell products or services.

1. Cancellations

  • No cancellations are supported through the PayKut app.
  • Purchases are completed directly at the merchant’s physical store.
  • Any cancellation must be done before payment and according to the merchant’s policy.
  • PayKut does not intervene after a transaction is completed.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds must be requested directly from the merchant.
  • Approved refunds are processed by the merchant using their own payment method.
  • PayKut does not issue refunds for merchant purchases.
  • Any PayKut platform or service fee is non-refundable.

3. Disputes and Responsibility

PayKut is not responsible for product quality, merchant behavior, or refund timelines. All disputes must be resolved directly with the merchant.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Merchant-declared non-refundable items
  • Dissatisfaction with discount or pricing
  • Purchases where discounts are not applicable
