Terms and Conditions of Use
For PayKut Customer Application

Welcome to PayKut, a platform owned and operated by Dynamik Modus LLP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PayKut mobile application (“App”) and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.
1. About PayKut
PayKut is a discount and marketing platform that connects customers with participating merchants. Purchases are completed offline at the merchant’s physical store. PayKut does not provide product delivery, online ordering, or payment settlement services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the PayKut App.
- By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account to access features.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security.
- PayKut is not responsible for unauthorized account access.
4. Communication Consent and Notifications
By using the App, you consent to receive transactional notifications, promotional updates, and service-related messages via SMS, email, app notifications, and WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
5. Discounts and Offers
- Discounts are offered by participating merchants.
- Certain categories may not provide discounts on MRP-priced or regulated products.
- Offers may change without notice.
- PayKut does not guarantee offer availability at merchant stores.
6. Platform Fee
PayKut may charge a platform fee which will be displayed before confirmation. Platform fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are completed directly between the customer and the merchant. PayKut does not hold or process payments.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
8.1 Cancellations
Cancellations through the PayKut App are not applicable. Any cancellation must be done before payment at the merchant store and in accordance with merchant policy.
8.2 Refunds
Refunds must be requested directly from the merchant. PayKut does not issue refunds. Platform fees are non-refundable.
8.3 Disputes and Merchant Responsibility
PayKut is not responsible for product quality, merchant behavior, or after-sales matters.
8.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after purchase
- Merchant-declared non-refundable items
- Pricing or discount dissatisfaction
- Excluded MRP or regulated products
9. Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for product quality, pricing, availability, and services.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud or misuse of offers
- Unlawful use of the app
- Interference with platform functionality
11. Limitation of Liability
PayKut is not liable for merchant services, financial losses, delays, or indirect damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Delhi.
PayKut Business Application (Merchant App)
Effective Date: 01/08/2025
These Terms govern the registration and use of the PayKut Business Application by merchants. By using the Merchant App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Merchants must provide valid and accurate business details
- Verified data may be locked post approval
- Merchants are responsible for offers and customer support
- PayKut does not process or hold payments
- Violations may lead to suspension or delisting
These Terms are governed by the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
